Rubino denso alla vista, è intenso e variegato al naso con profumi tipici di frutti rossi in confettura, su uno sfondo di fiori e spezie fini. Corposo e caldo in assaggio, nobilitato da un tannino dalla trama raffinata.Trasporta nel calice l’essenza delle uve tipiche del’area, corvina, corvinone e rondinella, raccolte nei vigneti di proprietà allevati in regime biologico, il Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC dell’annata 2018. Viene prodotto con una doppia fermentazione, la prima dopo la vendemmia e la seconda attivata mediante l’aggiunta di vinacce di Recioto e di Amarone. L’elevazione in legno di 12 mesi precede l’imbottigliamento. Un rosso di grande personalità.
