Painted materials should be charged by light for at least 10 minutes and will hold a charge for about 30 minutes. Glow in the Dark Paint works best in total darkness or under a black light and does not need to be charged when used under black light. Quality is very nice at a good price

DURABLE, GREAT QUALITY
I ordered these plates for a family reunion. The quality is great! Stood up to plates full of spaghetti, various bbq meats and veggies, potato salad and more. No Accidents caused by structural failure of these plates. Pricing is actually better that the grocery store brands AND there are more plates in a package. These will be my go-to plates for all of my entertainment needs going forward.
