DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
1. Brand new and un-activated;
2. Aircraft (Mavic, Phantom, Spark, Inspire, Zenmuse) activated within the last 48 hours;
3. Handheld device (Osmo, Ronin) activated within the last 30 days;
4. Repaired in an official DJI Service Centre (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation);
5. Aircraft approved via video verification.
Each time you request a replacement, you'll need to pay a small amount of replacement fee and receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

Water Damage Cover

We'll replace your aircraft if an accident occurs, even if it's damaged by water.

Two Replacements, Total Peace of mind

For a small additional charge, DJI Care Refresh offers up to two replacement units within one year and covers kinds of accidents, such as water damage and collisions. These replacements will be in new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

For the Mavic Air 2, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is £69, the second replacement is £99.

Care Refresh Procedure

When applying for a repair, indicate that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh on the Repair Application Form. After DJI conducts a damage assessment and infroms you of the results, you can choose to either pay for the repair or get a replacement using DJI Care Refresh. You can check the progress of this request on www.DJI.com .

*Please note that this has to be bound with your drone within 48hrs of activation, if it is after this period of time you will have to log in via this link and submit a video to DJI.

After three years, my monitor failed. Asurion paid to send it to a repair center. I didn't save the box the monitor came in, and paid $23 to have it packaged up. Cheap Insurance - Easy Claims Process!
I bought this warranty plan for a Dell monitor about 3.5 years ago. About a month ago, it started to give me some intermittent problems (very fast flickering & image retention). I tried everything I could to troubleshoot the issue, but it just kept coming back. I had some issues with logging into my Asurion account because I used an EDU email, which I no longer have access to. I sent a message to Asurion here on Amazon and they sent me my plan details and everything I needed to make a claim within 24 hrs. Once I was able to log into my account online, the claims process couldn't be faster/easier. I used the chat function and provided the rep with the issues I was having with my monitor. The rep immediately emailed me a pre-paid UPS label to send my monitor to one of their repair facilities. I got another email when my monitor was received stating that repairs could take up to 5 business days. However, the very next day I got another email stating that my monitor couldn't be repaired and they would be reimbursing me the full purchase price. I received another email with an Amazon gift card for the full price of the monitor within minutes. This is my first experience with Asurion and I'm very impressed. The customer service is top notch. If I ever buy another expensive electronic item from Amazon, I'm definitely buying an extended warranty from Asurion.
