This high‑capacity flash‑based network storage system is engineered for demanding film, television and broadcast environments where very large media files must be shared instantly across multiple workstations. It is designed to remove the complexity of traditional IT storage while delivering the sustained performance required for modern post‑production, finishing and collaborative editing workflows. The enclosure is optimized for quiet operation and reliable continuous use in professional machine rooms or studio racks.

At the core of this solution is an advanced M.2 NVMe flash memory array providing a total capacity of 80 TB. The internal storage is configured with RAID 5 distributed parity, ensuring data protection while maintaining extremely high throughput. This architecture allows multiple editors, colourists, audio engineers and VFX artists to work directly from shared media with consistently low latency, even when handling high‑resolution digital cinema formats and complex multicamera timelines. 

Network connectivity is designed for multi‑user performance and easy deployment. Four integrated 10 Gbit Ethernet ports provide high‑bandwidth access for modern workstations and operate as a built‑in switch, reducing the need for external networking hardware. Two additional 1 Gbit Ethernet ports support slower systems or internet connectivity. This configuration ensures smooth playback and responsive editing, even with many simultaneous connections.

Media ingestion and backup are handled through dedicated USB‑C ports. One port automatically ingests files from connected USB drives, while the second port performs automatic backups to external USB storage. Both ports support Ethernet over USB, allowing direct configuration or access from a laptop without additional adapters. Native Blackmagic Cloud integration enables global media synchronization, so teams in different locations can work with fast local copies while proxy workflows minimize bandwidth usage. 

Monitoring and management are simple and visual. An HDMI output provides a live graphical overview showing storage usage, user activity, cloud sync status and network throughput. A subtle status light on the underside indicates normal operation or alerts operators to disk or power issues. Dual internal AC power supplies enhance reliability for mission‑critical production environments.
