Pro -serie wielafstanders

RFX Pro -serie wielafstanders zijn lichter en duurzamer dan OEM.

Gebouwd uit 7075-T6 aluminium en kleur geanodiseerd om de duurzaamheid te verhogen. Dit helpt om de slijtage van het oppervlak te verminderen en vermindert de hoeveelheid vuil in de hub die op zijn beurt de levensduur van het lager verlengt.

Ontworpen met een achterlip om ze in de afdichtingen te houden, vermindert dit de kans om uit te vallen tijdens onderhoud, waardoor het wielverandering wordt versneld.

RFX -producten worden getest en gebruikt door vele Top Grand Prix- en Britse motorcrossteams.

Passende instructies

Begin met de motorfiets op een doosstandaard met de wielen die uit de grond zijn opgeheven.
Verwijder de grote spilmoer en maak eventuele knelbouten op de onderste vorkbeen los.
Verwijder de spil van het wiel Dit kan het gebruik van een koperen punch en hamer indien strak vereisen.
Voorwiel zal nu verwijderen.
Het achterwiel moet nu los genoeg zijn om naar voren te duwen en de ketting van het echte Sprock te tillen.
Achterwiel zal nu verwijderen.
Verwijder de wielafstanders uit de wielen.
Reinig in en rond de afdichtingen met contactreiniger zoals maxima elektrisch contact en hervestiging onder de afdichting.
Plaats de nieuwe wielafstanders.
Zorg ervoor dat u de remblokken in de remklauwen openen om u extra ruimte te geven wanneer u het wiel opnieuw past.
Fit de wielen opnieuw en duw de spindels erdoorheen.
Fit de ketting opnieuw en stel de juiste kettingspanning in door de asblokken aan te passen.
Strak de grote spindelmoeren naar de corporige koppelinstelling.
Met de fiets van de standaard pomp de voorvork op en neer om de voorste vorken uit te lijnen, dan de strakke bouten.
Pomp ten slotte de remmen om de rollen opnieuw uit te lijnen.

What a great surprise!

Color me surprised. This is actually made of wood! Very smooth all the way around and the easiest assembly of this type of product I have ever encountered. I put a 9 cube Closetmaid together 7 months pregnant, sooo tedious with particle board splinters, I would have paid good money to have known about this company then. This is extremely stable, so much so that I have no fear moving it around, unlike the Closetmaid we have. The bins that come with it are nice quality, fit snugly into the cubes, and give it a nice look. Only issue I had, and I’m short so the leverage was the issue, were back panels. They are made of wood and fit snug, which is great, but that meant sliding them along the grooves was challenging until I stood it up on its end so I had better pressure and control. I’ll be using this one for homeschooling but I’ll definitely buy more for my library, these fit my bungalow upstairs perfectly. I’m going to sand some spots around the screws and stain it sometime.

This is a wonderful cube storage organizer and I have nothing but good things to say about them (I got 3). They arrived in special packing that protected every piece of the shipment. Nothing was damaged or missing. However, I did receive a few extra hardware pieces that had no use that I could see. The assembly was easy and the quality/grain of the wood was so nice that I decided not to paint it. Also, I was very pleased with the real wooden back panels - no cardboard on this unit. Every screw hole and back-panel slots lined up perfectly with its counterpart and fit together without any adjustments. As a bonus, each unit came with 4 nice, sturdy, fabric storage bins. The only "con" I have about the unit was that there was no indication in the Amazon description that these units came from China. I did not know until the boxes arrived and I could see the country of origin. My 3 units are placed side-by-side and make a lovely bookcase/room divider.
