Zachte ham, smeuïge kaas, witbrood…Tosti! Meestal op de vrijdagmiddag bij ons op het Windmill hoofdkwartier.  Zodra de klok op half een springt, staan wij klaar in de keuken. En het blijft niet alleen bij ham en kaas, we experimenteren erop los! Ananas, chorizo, pesto, gorgonzola, prei, brie, ui, tomaat…alles passeert het mes.

Voorheen gingen alle tosti’s in een tosti-apparaat. Dat doen we nu anders! Onze vuurkoning Jacco zorgt eerst dat er een mooi vuurtje brandt. Daarna pakken we onze The Windmill tosti-ijzers, vullen we ze met onze smakelijke creaties en houden we ze boven het vuur. Gezellig en goed voor de collegialiteit. Ook iets voor jou en collega’s, vrienden en familie?
