Rubino. Al naso si esprime con sentori di piccoli frutti rossi, note floreali di viola, peonia e rosa e cenni di speziatura. Al palato è pieno, avvolgente, di gradevole tannicità.Austero, elegante e dal carattere deciso, il Nebbiolo è l'indiscusso re del Piemonte. L'azienda Davide Carlone lo produce a partire da viti allevate nel geo-parco del supervulcano della Valsesia, patrimonio Unesco; qui il terreno, ricco di porfidi, è particolarmente adatto alla coltivazione di nebbiolo e vespolina. Affinato per almeno 20 mesi in vasche di acciaio, è invitante come pochi altri.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai secondi e ai primi di carne, è da provare con le tagliatelle al ragù, l'arrosto e lo stufato.
