Katoen is een sterke, stevige, huidvriendelijke, natuurlijke vezel en irriteert de huid niet zoals sommige synthetische stoffen als fleece. Het absorbeert vocht snel en is eenvoudig in het onderhoud. Daarom gebruiken wij alleen de allerbeste garens van 100% premium Turks katoen met OEKO-TEX keurmerk.
Door de aard van de stof kan er bij de eerste wasbeurt natuurlijke krimp optreden: badstof badjassen kunnen 3–5% krimpen, terwijl wafel badjassen 6–8% kunnen krimpen.
