In tegenstelling tot de gedestilleerde olie bevat het CO2 extract wel bestanddelen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de scherpe smaak van gember, de zogenaamde gingerolen en shogaolfenolen en het keton gingeron. De geur van het CO2-extract komt in de buurt van de verse gember. De geur van gember is te omschrijven als warm, kruidig-houtig en doet in de verte denken aan citrus.
Ingrediënten
Zingiber officinale root extract (100% BIO), bevat van nature: Citral, Limonene, Geraniol, Linalool, Farnesol, Citronellol.
Gebruik
Deze biologische essentiële olie is o.a. geschikt voor gebruik in de keuken. You need magnesium
It helps with so many things, and most of us don’t get enough.
Do your research, and make your choice. This is a good starter option, but that is just my opinion.

Quality product
I’ve been taking the Ocean Magnesium 200mg Aquamin with B6 for a little over a month now, and I’ve really enjoyed adding it into my routine. I’ve tried several types of magnesium supplements in the past, but this one stood out to me for a couple of reasons: it’s made with Aquamin (derived from sea minerals), it’s vegan, and it comes in an easy-to-take capsule form.
The first thing I noticed was the packaging. The bottle is sturdy, seals well, and the label is clear and easy to read. I like that it’s straightforward about the ingredients—no unnecessary additives or confusing blends. The capsules themselves are an average size, not too big or hard to swallow, which I appreciate since I take them at night before bed.
As far as digestibility, this has been one of the gentlest magnesium options I’ve tried. Some brands I’ve used in the past left me with an upset stomach, but I haven’t had that issue here. I also appreciate that the capsules don’t have a strong aftertaste or odd smell, which has sometimes been the case with other supplements.
I also really like that this formula includes vitamin B6. Even though I can’t measure exactly what difference that makes, I like knowing that it’s formulated with complementary nutrients in mind. It feels more thoughtfully designed than a basic one-ingredient pill.
