Het wordt beschouwd als één van de beste wijngaarden in Saint-Émilion, gelegen naast Château Ausone en toen de familie Moueix het kasteel kocht, verenigden ze het met Château Magdelaine, een aangrenzend Premier Grand Cru Classé dat in 1952 door Jean-Pierre Moueix werd aangekocht. In de wijngaarden zijn enorme werkzaamheden verricht en in 2022 werd een nieuwe ultramoderne kelder in gebruik genomen. De geproduceerde wijnen staan bekend om hun elegantie, finesse en complexiteit.

Beschrijving: Toast, donker fruit, kruidige tonen, krachtig, zwart fruit, lange afdronk en fijne tannine.

Leuk weetje: Annonce Bélair-Monange is de tweede wijn van het domein en wordt geproduceerd met dezelfde zorgvuldigheid als de eerste wijn. Deze wijn heeft een iets lichtere stijl en is daardoor iets toegankelijker en betaalbaarder dan de eerste wijn, maar heeft nog steeds de kenmerkende kwaliteit en smaak van Château Bélair-Monange.

On its automatic timer, it releases the cup and you don’t have to worry about over. You can still burn a cup if you don’t take it out in time so keep that in mind, but it is. I love the white appearance, and the performance is unmatched. What I really love about this press is that it is not loud with some of the other cup presses I’ve used when the timer goes off. It is a very annoying beep. This one beeps one time and automatically releases your cup. Sure, of course there is a smell with any sublimation that just happens, but it isn’t really that noticeable. I got a coupon, but I’m not affiliated or get paid for. So if you need a new cut, I suggest waiting till there’s a coupon for this. Just save a little bit of extra money, but you will not regret this purchase I promise.
