De dertig jarige geschiedenis van Telmo Rodriguez laat duidelijk zien dat deze wijnmaker houdt van avontuur. Het wijnbedrijf is dankzij de verschillende reizen gegroeid en in kwaliteit steeds groter geworden. Het heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ze verschillende landschappen, druiven en terroirs hebben ontdekt. Zo is de Rioja Alavesa een plek waar de bodem bestaat uit zowel klei als klaksteen. Het zorgt voor een bijzondere kwaliteit, die mooi weerspiegelt wordt in de uiteindelijke wijn. De wijnen zijn stuk voor stuk veelzijdig en allemaal gemaakt van inheemse druivenrassen. De wijngaarden liggen op een perfecte hoogte, waarbij de druiven kunnen profiteren van een uitstekend klimaat. De diverse bodemsoorten maken de wijn uniek en geven het een eigen karakter. De blend bestaat uit Tinta de Toro en Albino Mayor. Een samenspel die goed op elkaar is afgestemd. De druiven worden volledig met de hand geoogst, waarbij er tijdens de oogst al een strenge selectie plaatsvindt. In de wijnmakerij worden de druiven verder gesorteerd en ontsteeld. De Gago G straalt met een robijnrode kleur. De aroma’s springen direct uit het glas, waarbij tonen van kersen en aarde de boventoon voeren. Een karaktervol glas rode wijn, die in de smaak heerlijk gestructureerd is. Ook hierbij komen de fruit tonen duidelijk naar voren, maar door een lichte rokerigheid krijgt de wijn wat meer pit en zet het door in een spannende afdronk.Shipping Notes

Just linear
Format: Paperback
I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.

Student Review
This book is an excellent introduction to the basic principles of insurance. We used this text as a supplement in our Intro to Act. Sci. class. It is very readable, easy to understand. Minimal mathematics required, some basic calculus concepts used, but only briefly. Don't let it's small size fool ya, it has plenty of information in there.

Rick Howard's latest book is the ultimate reference for cybersecurity practitioners, making it an essential read for anyone in the field. With his straightforward and refreshingly irreverent writing style, coupled with his profound technical knowledge, Rick has created a narrative that is easy to understand and grasp. He delves into the foundational aspect of cybersecurity, which he refers to as the cybersecurity first principle, which he then it to specific high-impact strategies.
The book has eight well-written chapters providing a comprehensive overview of those strategies. Importantly, Rick then offers an up-to-date and thorough exploration of the complementary capabilities (tactical-level tools) that can be utilized to "reduce the probability of material impact due to a cyber event" - the cyber first principle.
In the concluding chapter, Rick succinctly summarizes his contribution to the field, stating, "And that's it. Those are all the tools you need to design, build, and enhance a cybersecurity program based on first principle thinking." This assertion highlights the value of his book as a practical guide for designing and improving cybersecurity programs with a focus on first principles.
