De crèmekleuring beschermt, de pH purple shampoo is zacht voor de hoofdhuid en verzorgt en het haarmasker voedt en beschermt het haar tegen gele en oranje ondertonen. De crèmekleuring, verrijkt met pro-keratine, helpt bij het versterken van het haar. De formule zorgt daarnaast voor bescherming van het haar tijdens het kleuren en een rijke, langhoudende koele kleur. Bij de kleuring zit een pH purple shampoo. Deze is zacht voor de hoofdhuid. Je gebruikt de shampoo na het kleuren om overtollige crèmekleuring uit het haar te spoelen. De shampoo onthult de glans van het haar en maakt het gladder. Het anti gele gloed haarmasker is de laatste stap van de kleurbehandeling. In het haarmasker zitten paarse pigmenten die de gele en oranje ondertonen in het haar neutraliseren, zodat je de gewenste koele haarkleur behoudt. Je kunt het haarmasker na het kleuren meerdere malen gebruiken. Zo blijft het haar glanzend en soepel en het kleurresultaat langer koel.

Entertaining read
Format: Kindle
I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Excellent Details
Format: Kindle
If you're like me, you've probably either never heard of these cases or heard about them in only the broadest of strokes. For remedying that, this book is excellent. Thomas provides a detailed account of how these complaints came to be, how they wended their way through the cases, and why they are important in terms of outcome and legal precedent. This is a book that I'm glad to have read and one that I would highly recommend to others.

engrossing, revealing, shocking, fascinating -- 10 gritty women who won big cases at great personal loss
Format: Kindle
Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.

Format: Hardcover
Amazing look behind the scenes at the people (plaintiffs and lawyers) who made equality for women at work a reality. Compelling, heartwarming, and educational - should be required reading for anyone who holds a job in 21st century America - both to learn how far we've come and to see the ways in which we need to continue the fight for equality at work.
