Cyclon® Assembly Paste is een keramische montagepasta die speciaal is ontworpen voor het componenten van niet bewegende onderdelen die onder zware drukbelasting kunnen staan. Deze montagepasta maakt de montage eenvoudig en herstelt licht defecte schroef.


  • Reinig en ontvet de onderdelen met Cyclon® Bionet.
  • Afspoelen en verkleinen met een dichtersdoek.
  • Controleer de onderdelen en vervang deze indien nodig.
  • Breng een ondergrond Cyclon® Assembly Paste aan op de onderdelen.
  • Smeer hoofdzakelijk in en verwijder overtollige pasta met een dichtersdoek.

Assembly Paste zorgt voor een waterdichte verbinding tussen het schroefdraad van de metalen onderdelen, waardoor metaal op metaalfrictie wordt voorkomen en een waterdichte afsluiting gegarandeerd wordt.
