Voordeel van kalkoen: er blijft altijd wat over! Lekker voor op een sandwich of in een salade de volgende dag. De kalkoenrollade weegt circa 1kg.

Bereidingswijze

Verwarm de oven op 180 graden. Bak de rollade in een koekenpan met boter tot rondom goudbruin. Plaats de kalkoenrollade in de oven en verwarm 15 minuten. De rollade is al helemaal gaar, deze hoeft alleen opgewarmd te worden.
