Een van de wijnen waarvoor ook gebruik word gemaakt van deze eikenhouten vaten is de Villa Maria Pinot Noir Earth Garden. Het gebruik van deze premium vaten komt deze rode wijn zeer ten goede. Deze houtlagering resulteert in rode wijn die een prachtige heldere robijnrode kleur heeft. In de geur mooie aroma’s van zwarte bessen, pruimen, lichte kruidigheid en aangename tonen van vanille en eikenhout. De smaak is delicaat zoals we van een goede Pinot Noir mogen verwachten. Zachte en subtiele nuances van rijp rood fruit die worden afgewisseld met aangename zuren en zachte tannines. Achter op de tong een hint van kruiden en vanille en een zwoele afdronk. I like this ink, it has never failed me. You do have to be careful when using it or it will make a mess. It is hard to remember which needle was used for the color, the second time they are used. Washing them out still leave a small amount of color but not so much that it will change the color.
