Lithothamnium bevat calcium dat bijdraagt tot de normale werking van de spijsverteringsenzymen. Matricaria helpt de luchtwegen vrij te maken en een kriebelende keel te verzachten. Eleutherococcus draagt bij tot gezonde bovenste luchtwegen. Het vervangt geen gezonde levensstijl en gevarieerde en evenwichtige voeding. Vraag raad aan uw apotheker. Het product altijd buiten het bereik van kinderen houden.

Indicaties 

Welzijn van de bovenste luchtwegen - Normale bovenste slijmvliezen

Contra indicaties 

De aanbevolen dagelijkse hoeveelheid niet overschrijden. Niet gebruiken bij kinderen jonger dan 6 jaar. Niet gebruiken als u zwanger bent of borstvoeding geeft. Raadpleeg uw arts indien u gelijktijdig bloedverdunners neemt.

Gebruik 

2 tabletten per dag innemen 's avonds. Het initiële gebruik dient minimaal 3 tot 6 maanden te worden voortgezet om de verwachte resultaten te verkrijgen.
Vervolgens verlengen voor een voortzetting van de positieve effecten.

I liked the writing but there was just too much spice which I didn't think was possible for me. There were too many times that the writing felt weird or the situations too outlandish and unrealistic. I had to skim through a lot of the later half. It might just be the dynamic between the characters that didn't work for me so I'll give this author another go.

Oh this was adorable and cozy and spicy and I had so much fun with this book! The relationship between Cammie, Finn and Reid is good. I love how doting both men are of her and her kids, always providing them with a safe space to be themselves. They were patient with Ben and I loved seeing that represented in this book. The plot was done well and it was well paced with quiet, family moments as well as drama to keep us on our toes. I do wish we'd gotten more moments just between Finn and Reid to showcase their strong relationship (they've been together for two decades!) and while we got something, both men were first and foremost focused on Cammie. It makes sense why this was, there was a lot of hurt that needed to be soothed and I'm glad she is treated like the queen she is, but I did yearn for more of the alpha-omega couple.

I was tearing up at times, found family was a big theme and I really liked this book. I highly recommend that you try it too.
