Lo Chardonnay Collio DOC di Villa Russiz si ottiene da uve coltivate su terreni collinari marnosi, tipici della zona di Capriva del Friuli. Dopo la raccolta manuale e l'accurata selezione dei grappoli, il mosto fermenta a temperatura controllata. In seguito il vino affina sulle fecce fini per
Giallo paglierino; emergono al naso delicati sentori fruttati di mela golden e un tocco di crosta di pane. Al sorso è fresco, ben equilibrato, leggermente sapido.Lo Chardonnay Collio DOC di Villa Russiz si ottiene da uve coltivate su terreni collinari marnosi, tipici della zona di Capriva del Friuli. Dopo la raccolta manuale e l'accurata selezione dei grappoli, il mosto fermenta a temperatura controllata. In seguito il vino affina sulle fecce fini per circa 8 mesi, prima di essere imbottigliato.
Grazie alla sua struttura, si può abbinare a carni bianche, ai secondi di pesce, ai risotti ai frutti di mare. Da provare anche per accompagnare formaggi di media stagionatura.
