Het Sportful Starlight 2 W Jersey is een technisch shirt met korte mouwen, ontworpen voor fietsers die op zoek zijn naar een hoogwaardig en ademend shirt om in de zon te fietsen. Dit shirt is speciaal ontworpen voor het vrouwelijke figuur en onderscheidt zich door zijn uitzonderlijke draagcomfort en uitstekende warmteregulering tijdens zomerse dagen.

Het shirt is gemaakt van lichte, microgeperforeerde stoffen en zorgt ervoor dat zweet snel wordt afgevoerd, zodat je droog blijft, zelfs tijdens de zwaarste beklimmingen. Het unieke grafische ontwerp, dat zowel dynamisch als elegant is, zorgt voor een frisse uitstraling zonder afbreuk te doen aan de technische eigenschappen die onmisbaar zijn voor ritten op de weg of op gravel.

 

Wat is de pasvorm van dit shirt (eerder racegericht of comfortabel)? De Starlight 2 biedt een uitstekend evenwicht. Het shirt heeft een nauwsluitende pasvorm om de windweerstand te beperken, maar is gemaakt van materialen die voldoende rekbaar zijn om niet te knellen. Dit is de ideale pasvorm voor regelmatige fietsers die op zoek zijn naar comfort tijdens ritten van meerdere uren.

Hoe combineer je het shirt tijdens wat frisse ochtenden? Voor vroege ritten in de zomer of het begin van de herfst past dit shirt perfect bij een licht technisch onderhemd (mesh) en een paar afneembare mouwstukken. Zo kun je de mouwstukken uittrekken en in de achterzakken stoppen zodra de zon begint te schijnen.

Hoe onderhoud je het shirt op de juiste manier om de technische eigenschappen te behouden? Om de levensduur van het shirt te verlengen en de elasticiteit van de vezels te behouden, wordt aangeraden het in de wasmachine te wassen op maximaal 30 °C, binnenstebuiten, op een fijnwasprogramma. Gebruik absoluut geen wasverzachter en stop het shirt niet in de droger; de technische stof droogt zeer snel aan de lucht op een kleerhanger.

My dog LOVES this, but...

My dog loved this right out of the box, she didn't learn to squeak it for a couple of hours, but she just stopped playing with her other toys, ragged as they may be... My dog is a Manchester/hound dog mix, of some sort, I'm only sure about the Manchester, she resembles them in look, size, weight, and all else. She weighs approximately 20-ish pounds, or so. With that said, like I said, she loves it, so much so that within 16 waking hours after its arrival she brought me the inner squeaker, the body was in the kitchen. :) She tore off the top part of the head and gained access to the squeaker, and EXACTLY as advertised and other reviews, it is a really good squeaky toy, she really doesn't seem to mind that the outer portion is gone, the (seemingly) durable squeaker might actually last. She can still play with the 'body', the toy is made that when (not if) they rip off an appendage, the nentire innards WILL NOT come out. It's a well designed toy in that respect. So, at times she will play with that too, she has brought me the BODY several times too, My dog is a really CRAZY chewer, she is somewhere under a year old and she will chew on anything that she is in front of her, including rocks, a blade of grass as she runs by, furniture legs, window sills, you name it, she has eaten it. She is a problem dog, but we picked her, and we'd do the same if it was our kid, we wouldn't throw them out. :) She has to be watched constantly, that is not the most fun, but, like they say, 'It is what it is'. I mention all of that to show that even though she is a crazy chewer, the rubber portion of the toy is still 'with us', for now, I will update this if anything else develops, and I am sure it will. Oh yeah, I really need to add, I don't think that the makers can make a chew toy 'outer' from anything that will last that long, not unless you go to a rope material, and I did not want that, it can be swallowed and cause more trouble. (Fabric can be swallowed too, but it's at least softer...) So, really, more than likely you can't get any better than this if your dog is a crazy chewer too.
