Complexe aroma's van rode en zwarte bessen met florale tonen tegen een balsamische achtergrond. Krachtig, full-bodied, loopt over van smaak en karakter. De afdronk is bijzonder: fruit en mineraliteit komen terug en worden vergezeld van toffee, toast en zwarte chocolade.

Geroosterd rood en wit vlees, kalkoengebraad, oudere harde kazen, wild.
