Onze prachtige Elisse is gemaakt van acaciahout en marmer. Onze keukenrol Elisse straalt elegantie en klasse uit en is een perfecte aanvulling op de traditionele keukeninrichting. De exclusieve marmeren voet op de keukenrol past prachtig bij elke tafelsetting of keuken.

 

Het hout wordt uit een groot blok hout gezaagd en vervolgens in de gewenste vorm gezaagd en vervolgens op alle oppervlakken gepolijst. Het acaciahout wordt gekalkt om deze specifieke kleur te krijgen. Het onderstel van Elisse is gemaakt van marmer. Ook uit een groot blok marmer gezaagd en daarna in de gewenste vorm gezaagd en daarna gepolijst op alle vlakken. Het Lene Bjerre-logo is met laserstraling in het marmer geëtst. Het hele productieproces wordt met de hand gedaan en vereist zowel ervaring als concentratie.

 


Omdat het een handgemaakt product is en marmer en hout een natuurlijk materiaal zijn, kan er kleurvariatie optreden.

Card holder yes, 'wallet' not so much, and it has a 'weathered' look as shown in their pictures.

This little card holder feels pretty tough, and the card slots are tight. I could fit 5 cards into it--4 in the outside slots and 1 in the pocket in the middle. I was hoping that I could use it as a wallet and not just a card holder, but the pocket in the middle is very tight just like the other 4 slots on the outside, and you CAN stuff money in there but it's not very convenient to get it out. Thier claim of "...providing efficient organization and easy access to all your essential cards and cash" is a bit of a stretch, because if you have cards in the 4 outer slots the middle pocket becomes very tight, and not convenient or enjoyable to put cash in and harder to get it out. I got the striped multicolor version, and it looks really nice and cool, though they might have described it as 'vintage' or having a 'worn' look, as it sort of seems like it's been weathered or used. You can see this for yourself in the pictures they provide on the product page--there are those little white spots on it, as if it is old and worn. Still looks cool but I thought I would mention it, so you know what you are getting. I gave it only 4 Stars mainly because I was hoping it could be used better as a wallet and not just a card holder, and the middle pocket is a bit too tight for it to function that way in my opinion, but also because of its 'worn' look, as I was expecting it to look more 'brand new' and not so weathered.
