De witte straal van de Elohim is reinigend en zuiverend. Hij verheldert en reinigt het menselijke energiesysteem, de lichaamsstructuur en ons leven. Hij kan ook voor zuivering van ruimtes, plaatsen en hele landschappen worden ingezet. De Elohim van de witte straal bevorderen het bewuste kennen. Wij herkennen wat moet worden gezuiverd, en wat wij nodig hebben om het lichaam en ons leven weer op orde te brengen. Wij begrijpen ook wat we kunnen doen om de gezonde ordening te behouden. Het wordt duidelijk welk voedsel het lichaam versterkt, wat schade berokkent en welke verzorging nodig is. De witte straal zuivert ook de aura en houdt deze schoon. Dat is vooral nuttig in mensenmenigten, bij manifestaties en op reis. Fijngevoelige mensen die de neiging hebben iets van anderen op te pikken, helpt hij in hun eigenkracht en vrij van vreemde energieën te blijven. En hij ondersteunt je bij het bevrijden van vreemde invloeden. De Elohim van de witte straal schenken

Aanvullende aanwijzingen voor de LichtWesen Elohim olie en kristallen
Zowel voor de eigen aura, als ook voor ruimtes en plaatsen kunnen de Elohim olie, zirkonia en kristal worden gebruikt. Ik heb ze ook na ongelukken of pijnlijke gebeurtenissen ingezet, om de schok uit het lichaam vrij te maken. Vooral aanbevelenswaardig is hij voor de hotelkamer. Hij zuivert de ruimte en het bed en houdt de aura schoon. Ondersteunend is de combinatie van de witte en de groene straal: een druppeltje op een tissue of zakdoek doen. De witte straal zuivert en houdt de eigen aura helder, de groene schenkt geborgenheid en welbevinden.
Oefening bij het thema
Stel je voor, de witte straal van de Elohim reinigt je als een douche of een waterval. Observeer, hoe hij door alle lagen van je aura stroomt en dan in elk deel van je lichaam werkt. Hij zuivert en reinigt tot in alle cellen. Wanneer men deze meditatie iedere ochtend en iedere avond uitvoert, bijvoorbeeld onder de douche of voor het inslapen, reinigt men zich van de nachtelijke processen en de gebeurtenissen van de dag.

Value of Alternative Viewpoints

I was pleased to see the new complete translation of Picatrix by Dan Attrell and David Porreca released in the Magic in History Series of Penn State Press. Picatrix is central to European astrological magic that it deserves an academic treatment. In addition, the willingness of Penn State Press to release a complete translation of Picatrix shows how things have changed in the past decade and the yeoman work done by mages such as Austin Coppock, Alexander Cummins and Cliff Low to delve deeply into astrological magic.
As the translators point out at page 2 this version of Picatrix is, "specifically intended for students and scholars of the history of science and magic" In addition to the complete text of the Latin Picatrix in English translation the translators provide useful historical accounts of the pre-history of Picatrix and of the Latin text, Picatrix's exposition of the path of the sage, the use of the terminology nigromancia for astrological magic and the cosmology of Picatrix. Most interesting is a statistical breakdown of the types of magic in Picatrix. Finally, the translators elucidate their view of the importance of psychoactive drugs in ritual, though the translators insist at page 28 that they do not, "wish to suggest that all magic in the Picatrix can be explained away as drug addled delusion…"
Coming as it does from an academic perspective, focused on history and social science the Attrell and Porreca translation provides a valuable orientation and background for the contemporary practitioner of astrological magic. No single translation can do justice to a work as complex as Picatrix and anyone who is serious about astrological magic or interested in Picatrix should certainly get a copy of the Attrell and Porreca translation as well as the Greer and Warnock Picatrix and the forthcoming Arabic Picatrix translation.
