Mix 1 scoop (5 gram) met 250 ml water. Opdrinken als het poeder opgelost is in ihet water. Niet meer dan 2 scoops per dag.

 

WAT IS VEILIG?
Het innemen van een multivitaminesupplement geeft je meer zekerheid dat je genoeg vitamines binnen krijgt. Genoeg vitamines en mineralen noemen we ook wel de Aanbevolen Dagelijkse Hoeveelheid, oftewel de ADH. Op een supplement staat 100% ADH, dat is in 1 keer wat je op een dag nodig hebt.

Een multivitamine met deze hoeveelheid (tot maximaal 300% ADH) kun je veilig nemen naast je dagelijkse voeding.

 

De maximaal veilige dosis voor zink is 25 mg per dag. Dit komt overeen met acht gebakken hamburgers. Bij de veilige dosis gaat het om een gemiddelde waarde, waarbij een ruime marge is genomen. 
Een acuut teveel aan zink is zeldzaam bij mensen. Wanneer er sprake was van een inname van een grote dosis zink in één keer, dan werd dit veroorzaakt door voeding of drank die in contact was gekomen met verzinkte blikken. De symptomen die hierbij optraden waren onder andere misselijkheid, braken, buikkrampen en diarree. Langdurige inname van teveel zink kan leiden tot onder andere anemie (bloedarmoede) en een vermindering van de weerstand.

De maximaal veilige dosis voor magnesium uit supplementen en verrijkte voedingsmiddelen is 250 milligram per dag. Alleen door deze producten kan een overschot aan magnesium optreden. Bij de veilige dosis gaat het om een gemiddelde waarde, waarbij een ruime marge is genomen.

*In Nederland kennen we een wettelijk maximum voor Vitamine A van 1.200 microgram per dag. 
Vitamine B6
Is een veilige bovengrens vastgesteld van 21 mg per dag. Deze hoeveelheid staat gelijk aan maar liefst 8,4 kilo aardappelen of 54,6 bananen.
Dit voedingssupplement is niet geschikt voor kinderen tot en met 17 jaar. 
Vitamine B12
Referentie- inname: 2,5 microgram

De EFSA, de Europese voedselveiligheidswaakhond, heeft de normen voor een veilige niveau al in 2012 verhoogd naar 100 µg vitamine D per dag. Hierbij is rekening gehouden met een veiligheidsmarge. In Nederland is deze veiligheidsmarge nog vergroot door de dagelijkse maximum op 75 µg vitamine D per dag vast te stellen. Bij het gebruik van hoge doseringen vitamine D is het belangrijk om ook op de inname van calcium te letten.

This Marsail executive office chair is excellent, and it brings together comfort, support and a clean professional look in a very practical way. The PU leather has a smooth, polished presence that suits a desk chair well without looking overly bulky. Comfortable for daily use!

After using this chair for work and general desk time, I think it does a nice job balancing comfort, adjustability, and overall build quality without feeling overly bulky or cheap. It feels designed for people who spend long stretches at a desk and want something supportive but still comfortable enough to relax in occasionally. Assembly was straightforward. The instructions were clear, the hardware was organized well, and all the holes lined up properly during setup. I put it together by myself in around 20 minutes without needing extra tools. Once assembled, the chair immediately felt sturdy and stable rather than wobbly. The overall quality is solid for this price range. The PU leather has a soft feel and doesn’t have the stiff plastic-like texture some office chairs use.
