Lemurian Bergkristal is een handelsnaam voor een bijzondere vorm van bergkristal die wordt herkend aan de fijne, horizontale groeilijnen of “ribbels” langs de zijkanten van het kristal. Deze lijnen zijn natuurlijke groeilagen die ontstaan wanneer kwarts gedurende lange tijd in stabiele, silica-rijke omstandigheden kristalliseert. Elke laag vormt zich tijdens een rustfase in het groeiproces, waardoor het kristal een duidelijk gelaagd oppervlak ontwikkelt.

Wetenschappelijk gezien bestaat Lemurian Bergkristal uit zuiver siliciumdioxide en kristalliseert het in het trigonaal kristalsysteem. De horizontale ribbels zijn een zeldzaam groeifenomeen dat ontstaat door afwisselende neerslag van siliciumrijke oplossingen, wat dit type kwarts onderscheidt van meer egaal gevormde bergkristallen. De naam “Lemurian” verwijst niet naar een geologische oorsprong, maar is een commerciële benaming die gebruikt wordt voor deze specifieke groeivorm, voornamelijk gevonden in Brazilië, Colombia en Madagaskar.

Lemurian Bergkristal wordt gezien als een steen van bewustwording, inzicht en spirituele verbinding. De karakteristieke groeilijnen staan symbool voor lagen van kennis en ervaring, en worden in energetisch werk beschouwd als dragers van oude wijsheid en helende informatie.

So this thing is absolutely amazing for travel. The extension cord is a great length. The usb ports are secure and snug and it really works very well, it's by FAR my favorite adapter to travel with. I do have one nitpick - the photos clearly show it charging a macbook and yes, it can but not with a straight cable you still need to plug in the macbook power brick to it. I was hoping to avoid that but this adapter does not have enough wattage to charge a macbook without the brick. I included two photos showing the difference in wattage between this and an macbook power brick.

Great for use in Italy!
We spent 3 weeks in Italy in May of 2023. This was so easy to use for making sure all of our cell phones and power bricks were fully charged for the next day of discovery while in Italy. Plugged in effortlessly everywhere we stayed in Italy. We used all the charging ports and the USA outlets for two dual voltage power packs (remember the Italian grid is 240VAC not 120VAC like in USA) and my dual voltage CPAP power brick. No problems any where - it worked flawlessly. I would not suggest using it for curling irons or blow dryers or any very high wattage devices and anything you plug into it that does not say dual voltage on the device may be destroyed and possible catch fire! So do be aware of what you use with it as it does not drop the voltage to 120VAC from the 240VAC Italian wall outlets. Nice feature is that it comes with an adapter you can use when you get back to USA so you can use it at home till you pack your bags for the next trip!

Perfect for travel!
These "extension cord" power adapters were perfect for us during a recent trip to Europe! They come with multiple adapters so that you can use the adapter in several countries. Best of all, one of the adapters is for North America, so we can still use them at home! Each adapter has three 3-prong plug sockets (meaning you can use either 2-prong or 3-prong plugs), one of which is set slightly apart from the other two to accommodate a larger plug.
