De Pellini N°82 VIVACE neemt de rol over van de 'oude' Pellini Classico. Naar onze mening is de melange van de Vivace net iets verfijnder. 60% Arabica en 40% Robusta bonen zijn langzaam gebrand (brandingscyclus van 20-22 minuten), waardoor de koffie ook geschikt is voor mensen met een gevoelige maag. De Pellini N°82 VIVACE is vooral een koffie met een allround karakter. Zeer geschikt voor volautomaten en bereidingen met melk. De smaak laat zich het best omschrijven als kruidig met nootachtige invloeden. Ook donkere chocolade is herkenbaar aanwezig in de smaak. Een zeer gering en aangenaam bittertje kenmerken de lange afdronk van deze Vivace.
