Rosé van Nizza Silvano, Cante 

Een heerlijke rosé gemaakt van 100% Nebbiolo druif. De druif geeft de wijn structuur, een fijn bouquet en mooie zuren. In de neus natuurlijk de Nebbiolo aardbeitjes en framboosjes, maar ook floraliteit. In de mond is de wijn heel aangenaam, verfrissend, sappig en zuiver. Goed inzetbaar bij verschillende gerechten. Rosé wordt te  vaak vergeten om als een culinaire wijn te gebruiken.

De Rosato Canté kan je perfect drinken als aperitief op een zomers terras, maar is ook een goede begeleider bij gegrild gerechten, barbecue, pastagerechten, vissoep of een salade Niçoise. 

De maker van deze wijn is Silvano, een open man die graag lacht en veel plezier heeft in het maken van zijn wijnen. Midden in het gebied Roero heeft hij zijn wijngaarden en wijnkelder waar vandaan je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over Roero.

If you’ve ever seen these things, the foldable ones are just as good as the standard ones. I just wish when you folded it up there was a way to lock it into that position. When you unfold it to play, you lock it into place with the orange locking slide so it doesn’t fold up on you. But when you’re done playing and fold it up, there’s no way to lock it into that position, it can keep unfolding if you carry it around with you, plus the orange locking slide keeps sliding up and down. It’s not a huge deal, but they could’ve made it better.

It looks better with the covering on it, but even without it, the ball works fine and she plays with it every day.So that is not a showstopper. But good to supervise your dog for safety.In case they are a chewer, and they decide to destroy the cover. But the ball works fine without the cover too!
