All’assaggio è di corpo leggero, equilibrato, piacevolmente fresco.Quando struttura fa rima con finezza, ecco scorrere nel bicchiere i vini di Cavit: in particolare questo Trentino Pinot Grigio DOC, appartenente alla linea Bottega Vinai, colpisce per la completezza di gusto, e per una proposta olfattiva ben sviluppata su note floreali e fruttate. Le uve, accuratamente selezionate per rappresentare solo il meglio del terroir di provenienza, vinificano e affinano esclusivamente in acciaio inox, per poi essere imbottigliate. Un bianco dal consumo quotidiano, facilmente abbinabile a molti piatti della tradizione italiana.
Perfetto a tutto pasto, accompagna con eleganza primi e secondi piatti a base di pesce; da provare anche con carni bianche cucinate con preparazioni leggere, dà il meglio di sé con degli spaghetti con pesce spada e pomodorini datterino.

Looks great, comfortable to wear, love that the buttons are the same color as the shirt, easy to wash, appears to be durably made.
Significantly exceeded expectations (I ordered 2 more).
4 stars instead of 5 because it’s possible to move your arms in a way that makes the shirt slightly tight in the bicep area, but that’s unnoticeable almost all of the time (and minor anyway). Note: even after a couple of wash - wear - wash cycles, there were creases along the same places as where the shirt was shipped; this was easily remedied by a quick iron on a low setting and I think reflects that it is quite resistant to wrinkles.
