Fermenta in acciaio, dove successivamente matura per cinque mesi. Ottimo anche come aperitivo, è perfetto da abbinare alle pietanze che presentano toni sapidi e affumicati.
Perfetto da abbinare al pesce affumicato, è ideale con i tagliolini al salmone e piselli.
