La lavorazione in cantina prevede una fermentazione con lieviti autoctoni e una maturazione di circa 6 mesi in acciaio per garantire la fragranza di aromi e sapori. Affina per 4 mesi in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione.
Molto intrigante e versatile, il Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Orriu VS di Quartomoro di Sardegna è perfetto per accompagnare antipasti e preparazioni a base di pesce. Interessante con la cucina vegetariana.

Can't beat the 8 ounce sprays.
