Redìt, Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva, is een prestigieuze wijn met een buitengewone smaak. Een verfijnde fles, geproduceerd uit zorgvuldig geselecteerde Cannonau-druiven en met de hand geoogst. Hij rijpt 12 maanden in medium geroosterde Franse eikenhouten vaten van 500 liter (tonneaux): dankzij deze passage in hout en deze langzame micro-oxygenatie krijgt de Redìt Cannonau di Sardegna DOC een smaakvolle en aromatische complexiteit. Het heeft een intens aroma en smaak, met hints die doen denken aan rood fruit en mediterrane struikgewas, vol en aanhoudend maar tegelijkertijd delicaat. Een buitengewone uitdrukking van de meest representatieve druif van Sardinië.

Het deel van de cuvée dat uit het gebied van Alghero en Santa Maria La Palma komt, wordt geboren op zowel kleiachtige als losse zandgronden, vrij dicht bij de zee en met een variabele hoogte tot 200 meter boven zeeniveau. De druiven uit het Jerzu-gebied worden daarentegen verbouwd in wijngaarden op heuvelachtige gebieden met blootstelling op verschillende hoogten, met graniet of kleiachtige alluviale grond.
