Wat is een familieopstelling?

Een familieopstelling is een krachtige manier om zichtbaar te maken welke onzichtbare verbanden jouw leven beïnvloeden. Tijdens een opstelling maken we het patroon en de onderliggende dynamiek helder. We kijken systemisch: we zien hoe iedereen en alles binnen jouw familiesysteem met elkaar verbonden is  en hoe dit doorwerkt in verleden, heden én toekomst.

Door jouw vraag of thema centraal te stellen, brengen we alle delen van jouw ‘systeem’ in beeld. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld onderzoeken waarom je steeds te veel hooi op je vork neemt, waarom relaties niet stromen of waarom je moeite hebt met grenzen of autoriteit.
