De halsband is gemaakt van siliconen/kunststof en breukveilig. De halsband is desgewenst makkelijk op maat te knippen en door middel van de click-sluiting eenvoudig om en af te doen. I grew up in a time where there were very few LBGTQ books and I felt very much an anomaly. I heard great things about this book and wanted to read it. I found the book to be written super simply and not adding much to the conversation. I am glad it exists but it was super simplistic and it really doesn’t add much to the conversations around transitioning. It might be a great book for a kid just starting to figure out who they are.
