Ontwerp en functionaliteit

De Microplane Black Sheep rasp fijn heeft een zwart roestvrijstalen blad met een fijn profiel en is voorzien van een roestvrijstalen handvat. De rasp is 30 cm lang en 6,5 cm breed. Het raspblad is geëtst voor ultieme scherpte. Gebruik de fijne rasp voor het raspen van verschillende producten als fruit, kaas en chocola. De Microplane Black Sheep rasp is uitgevoerd in een luxe zwarte stijl.


Gebruiksgemak

De rasp is geëtst voor ultieme scherpte. Het raspblad is niet zomaar uitgestanst maar met een lithografisch proces geëtst. Hierdoor bestaat de rasp uit een reeks kleine maar scheermesscherpe messen die producten bij het raspen niet kneuzen maar afsnijden. Door het rubber op de onderzijde kunt u de rasp laten steunen op het aanrecht, een bord of snijplank. U raspt zo veilig en zonder kans op wegschieten van de rasp.

Perfect Salt & Pepper Grinders

Excellent design, size and function, plus they have CLEAR PLASTIC TOPS so you can easily see how much ground salt or pepper you have to sprinkle on your food. After using my first set I knew I needed another set for different combinations of pepper corns in particular. Oh, and they come with an extra set of ceramic grinding wheels (yes, ceramic, not plastic as a few reviewers falsely claim). Very smooth operation and adjustable from fine to coarse sizes. Here's my recommendation for use. First, use quality coarse salt and whole pepper corns. Second, don't grind with lid off over hot steaming food while cooking because the steam will negatively effects the salt and pepper in the grinders, the grind quality you get, and will ultimately clog the grinders. Just grind with lid on until you get the required amount (hence the need for the clear caps), open the caps and sprinkle. Easy peasy... ☺
