Springfield Vitamine K2D3 180 & 25 mcg

Vitamine K2 in de vorm van menaquinone-7 komt oorspronkelijk uit gefermenteerde voedingsstoffen. Een voorbeeld is natto een typisch Japans voedingsproduct verkregen uit de fermentatie van soja. Natto is van nature rijk aan vitamine K2 en dan in het bijzonder aan menaquinone-7. Deze natuurlijke vitamine K2-vorm is goed opneembaar blijft veel langer in het lichaam en heeft een sterkere werking dan andere vitamine K2-vormen.

De vitamine D3 in dit product wordt gewonnen uit schapenwolvet.

Vitamine D is één van de weinige vitamines die het lichaam zelf kan aanmaken. Dat gebeurt in de huid onder invloed van zonlicht. Aangezien de zon in de wintermaanden in Nederland onvoldoende kracht heeft voor de aanmaak van vitamine D is voor veel mensen een supplement met vitamine D een zinvolle aanvulling. Met het ouder worden neemt het vermogen om vitamine D te maken af met 70%.

Vitamine K2 en D3 werken in synergie met elkaar.

Vitamine K2 (menaquinone-7) draagt onder meer bij aan de instandhouding van sterke botten en draagt bij aan een goed verloop van de bloedstolling.

Voor sterke botten en tanden heeft ons lichaam ook vitamine D nodig. Vitamine D is ook belangrijk om je weerstand op peil te houden en om spierkracht te behouden. Dit laatste is onder andere belangrijk om vallen bij ouderen te voorkomen.

Vitamine K2 (menaquinone-7) 180 mcg 240% RI*
Vitamine D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1.000 iU) 500% RI*

Ingredienten
Vulstof: microkristallijne cellulose Stabilisator (capsule: hypromellose) Antiklontermiddel: siliciumdioxide vitamine K2 (menaquinone-7) vitamine D3 (cholecalciferol).

Gebruik
1 tot 2 x per dag 1 capsule bij voorkeur bij een warme maaltijd.

Niet geschikt voor kinderen t/m 10 jaar.

Let op: Vitamine K2D3 180 & 25 mcg niet gebruiken in combinatie met antistollingsmiddelen van het coumarinetype.

Excellent quality, comfortable for 8+ hour days

Since the reviews here were so very helpful to me, I decided to leave my own after using this chair a couple days. To summarize: Overall, I am thrilled with this chair and would recommend! I work remote, in a small apartment and this works well for both space saving and silence when rolling over hardwood floors all day. For more details, read on! It came packaged very nicely, so everything was well protected during shipping. There are no written instructions and to be honest, I didn't even look for them. If you've put one together before, this is pretty standard. The "leather" (not genuine, but feels like it) is thick and seems it will be sturdy for a long time. The padding is exceptional and that's the main reason I needed a new chair, as mine (a 'basic' brand one, IYKYK) only lasted one year before it felt like sitting on a hard plastic seat. The height is adjustable to go up higher than most, so for once I didn't have to raise it all the way to feel comfy. The surprisingly great thing about it is the arms that flip up, so I can push it all the way under my desk. I live in a small apartment, so every bit of space saved is a bonus! Speaking of apartments, the wheels on this are whisper quiet and I'm more than certain the neighbor below me is thrilled to not hear my clunky wheels from the other chair anymore. I was hesitant to pay too much for an office chair, but given the price and the quality, I feel it was an excellent purchase. A few items to note, if you have never put one together before: hand tighten the screws first! Don't put them on full force, until the pieces have been mostly assembled. This will help it not come out lopsided and the holes will be a little easier to line up. Watch the video, it will make the process a little easier (unlike what I did - put the arms on correctly, thought that looked wrong, then put them on backwards and lost my mind LOL). The video will also show how to recline the chair, if you like that (I do). It has a recline that's smooth as butter.
