Beschrijving: Rijk en krachtig, vol met een klein vetje en mooi rond.

Lekker bij: Gegrilde kip, schaaldieren als kreeft en vette vis.

Leuk weetje: In 2008 richtten Vincent en Cécile een handelsmaatschappij op "Maison Vincent Latour" om het assortiment aan te vullen met Puligny Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet les Benoîtes, St Romain, Corton Charlemagne en Meursault 1er Cru Genévrières.
