Deze ‘Sauvignon blanc II’ is een nieuwe versie van de Sauvignon Blanc, in een wat drogere en frissere stijl, waarmee het vernieuwende en innoverende karakter van Von Winning als wijnmaker maar weer eens benadrukt wordt.Het wijnmaken bij Von Winning
In de wijngaard van Von Winning wordt er alles aan gedaan om het ecosysteem van de wijngaarden niet te verstoren, maar te ondersteunen. De druiven wortelen diep, zodat zij het bijzondere karakter van het terroir in de wijnen perfect tot uitdrukking weten te brengen.Vooral de Riesling weet de wijngaarden van Von Winning te bestormen. Echter besloot de wijnmaker een tijd geleden om eens de gaan experimenteren met de Sauvignon Blanc. Normaliter is het Duitse klimaat te koud en nat voor deze koningin der frisheid, echter is Von Winning gelegen in Pfalz, het toonbeeld van succes. Door de ligging van de Vogezen en het Haardtgebergte, is het in Pfalz 3 tot 4 graden warmer. Hierdoor is Pfalz een walhalla van druivenranken. De Sauvignon Blanc voelt zich inmiddels ook aardig thuis op de wijngaarden. Dit heeft erin geresulteerd in de vernieuwde wijn, die niet voor niets Sauvignon Blanc II heet.De geuren en smaken van Von Winning Sauvignon Blanc II
Deze rijpe witte wijn heeft in de geuren van kruisbes en een vleugje grapefruit, heerlijk fris dus en zelfs een beetje stuivend. Je merkt aan alles dat de wijn een beetje geïnspireerd is op de Sauvignon Blanc uit de Loire. Het frisse karakter van Von Winning Sauvignon Blanc II komt ook weer terug in de smaak. Mooie fijne zuren met fruit aroma's van groene appel, kruisbes en citrus maken alles helemaal af! De smaak is toch behoorlijk vol, met lichte nuances van perzik en een beetje rijpe meloen. In de afdronk een mooie tintelende verfrissende afdronk. Wij worden hier heel vrolijk van.Shipping Notes

Elegant and substantial - this valet catch all for your night stand or dresser is quite nice and very sophisticated. Sleek and soft brushed suede like material. It was packed well, and is quite nice to keep miscellaneous items corralled together. I’m very pleased and would recommend.

Perfect size, high quality

I had a previous catch all tray that I bought on amazon, it used buttons on the 4 corners to turn a flat cardboard into a tray. Over time, the catch all tray got filled up, not just with a wallet, keys and eyeglasses but eventually business cards and other knick knacks. With all the items inside the tray, sometimes the buttons would start to pop out. It wasn't awful, more of an annoyance. But it was time for me to find a more durable tray. I looked on amazon and added 6 different trays that had "potential" into my shopping cart. Then I carefully evaluated each one and deleted them out of my cart until there was only one left. Some had multiple compartments. Some were larger than this one. I felt the ones with compartments would limit my ability to put the things I want in there. Also, I didn't want it so big that it took up too much desk space. Ultimately, I felt this was the perfect size. I'm extremely happy with it, the quality is really nice and it looks and feels durable. No more loose buttons and spilled knick knacks.

Keeps clutter away

This works great to corral all my notes I write on post its or small notes. Keeping them hidden from the desk top b/c or the depth but still visible to me. Much better than keeping on the plotter. Looks great in quality .
