- ✔️ Akoestische, bewegings- en temperatuurdetectie: het alarm en het trilkussen van de Amplicall Sentinel kunnen in drie soorten situaties afgaan. Wanneer de microfoon van de camera geluid detecteert zoals het huilen van je kind (3 gevoeligheidsniveaus), wanneer beweging wordt gedetecteerd in het cameraveld of wanneer de kamertemperatuur onder of boven de ingestelde limieten stijgt (instelbaar van 0°C tot 40°C).
- ✔️ 4 wiebels: je kunt vanaf de monitor de camera vragen om een rustgevende melodie te spelen om je kind te kalmeren en hem te helpen in slaap te vallen. U kunt ook kiezen uit vier intensiteitsniveaus voor het volume van de muziek.
- ✔️ Te gebruiken met 4 camera's: onze monitor wordt geleverd met slechts één camera, maar je hebt de mogelijkheid om er nog drie aan te sluiten. Vervolgens kunt u via een menu de camera selecteren waarvan u de afbeelding op het scherm van uw monitor wilt zien. Dus als je meerdere kinderen onder je toezicht hebt, kun je met onze Amplicall Sentinel elk kind in de gaten houden tijdens het dutje.
- ✔️ Overal bevestigbare camera: de opvouwbare houder die bij onze camera wordt geleverd, kan stevig om de spijlen van de wieg van je kind worden gewikkeld, zodat je deze in hoogte kunt installeren zonder meubels te hoeven verplaatsen. Als je het echter liever op een vlakke ondergrond wilt houden, is dat natuurlijk nog steeds mogelijk. Houd er echter rekening mee dat onze camera altijd op een stopcontact moet worden aangesloten om te werken.
- ✔️ Communicatie op afstand: de geïntegreerde luidspreker van de camera kan op elk moment via de monitor met een druk op de knop worden geactiveerd. Zo heb je de mogelijkheid om met je kind te communiceren en hem een bekende en geruststellende stem te laten horen zodra je merkt dat zijn slaap onrustig is.
- ✔️ Slaapmodus: het monitorscherm schakelt na 10 seconden inactiviteit uit en wordt alleen weer ingeschakeld als er geluid, beweging of temperatuurverandering in de kinderkamer wordt gedetecteerd. U kunt het scherm natuurlijk ook op elk gewenst moment zelf inschakelen door op een willekeurige knop op de monitor te drukken.

Better than expected

Feels like a real upgrade, but maybe priced a little high

This is one of those things you don’t think much about until you switch to a better one. Right away you notice the weight. It actually stays put when you pull a sheet instead of sliding all over the counter or tipping up, which already makes it better than most cheap holders.
The spring arm does help keep the roll under control so you’re not pulling half the roll by accident. One handed use works most of the time, but it depends on the paper towels. Thinner rolls tear clean without any effort. Thicker ones can still need a second hand here and there, so it’s not perfect but still better than a basic stand.
Build quality feels solid. The finish looks clean and not cheap, and it wipes down easily. It definitely looks like something you’d keep out on the counter instead of hiding.
Only real downside is the price. It does what it’s supposed to do and does it well, but it’s still a paper towel holder at the end of the day. You’re paying for the weight and design more than anything.
If you’re tired of flimsy ones, this is a noticeable step up. Just depends if you care enough to spend extra on something this simple.
