Dit betekent dat water van buitenaf wordt tegengehouden en transpiratievocht van binnenuit door de stof naar buiten kan. De naden zijn kritisch getapet, wat ook helpt om je droog te houden. Bij de onderboord zit een trekkoord dat je kunt gebruiken om de kou buiten te houden. De stof is PFC-vrij om het gebruik van deze schadelijke chemische stof te beperken en het milieu minder te belasten. In plaats daarvan gebruiken we een milieuvriendelijke oplossing om de stof waterdicht te maken. De zijzakken zijn voorzien van een ritssluiting en onder de mouw zit een liftpashouder.
