Ingredienten
magnesiumcitraat verdikkingsmiddel (cellulose als capsulehuls) antiklontermiddel (plantaardige magnesiumstearaat) BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract).

Gebruik
als startdosering 1x daags 2 capsules bij voorkeur vóór of tijdens de maaltijd met water innemen. Deze aanbevolen hoeveelheid mag ook verdeeld over de dag worden ingenomen. Indien gewenst kan later worden overgegaan naar een onderhoudsdosering van 1 capsule per dag. Kinderen vanaf 2 jaar 1 capsule per dag.

Geschikt bij kinderwens zwangerschap en/of borstvoeding.

Magnesium kan een laxerende werking hebben.

Droog afgesloten en bij kamertemperatuur bewaren.
