De naam zegt het al: een harmonie van terroirs. Waar de Écho des Enracinés diept en concentreert, vertelt de Euphonie des Terroirs een breder verhaal. Gelijke delen Chardonnay, Pinot Noir en Pinot Meunier, samengesteld uit meerdere oogstjaren en gedeeltelijk gerijpt op eikenhout. Dit is de toegankelijke kant van Guy Charbaut, maar zonder een millimeter in te leveren op karakter. Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in een glas, voor doordeweeks én voor de zondag.

De neus is fris en uitnodigend: gebakken appel, een vleugje citrus en een zachte briochtoon die je precies de goede kant opstuurt. Op het gehemelte is het vol en romig, met een lichte zoutheid die de frisheid en het gewicht mooi in balans houdt. De afdronk is lang en glad, zonder scherpe kanten.

Serveer rond 9°C als aperitief of bij lichte gerechten. Dit is de fles die je opentrekt als je wil genieten zonder een gelegenheid te hoeven verzinnen. Only the good stuff.
