Wijnhuis La Chablisienne is in 1923 opgericht door ongeveer 180 kleine wijnboeren uit de Chablis. Zij wisten hun krachten te bundelen als antwoord op de slechte economische omstandigheden van die tijd. Twintig jaar later steeg de omvang van het huis door een samensmelting met een andere coöperatie uit Chablis. Inmiddels is het een wijnbedrijf waarbij 300 leden zich hebben aangesloten en ze hebben in totaal 1130 hectare wijngaarden, waarvan 30 premier cru en 6 grand cru wijngaarden. Het niveau van de wijnen is constant hoog. Het gebied Chablis staat bekend om zijn droge witte wijnen gemaakt van Chardonnay. Zo ook deze Chablis le Finage. Hij is fris en elegant. De Chablis streek is de meest noordelijke streek van de Bourgogne, en ligt vrij dicht tegen de Champagnestreek aan. De bodem bestaat uit een unieke kalkbodem ontstaan uit fossielen en schelpdieren. Dat maakt de dat de wijnen een minerale en bijna ziltige karakter krijgen. Met uiterste zorg worden de druiven geoogst bij optimale rijpheid. Hierna worden de druiven zorgvuldig geselecteerd waarbij alleen de allerbeste druiven over blijven. Hierna volgt een koude maceratie voor een aantal uur gevolgd door de fermentatie en alcoholische en malolactische gisting in vaten. Hierna rijpt de wijn tot slot 12 maanden op de fijne droesem in eikenhouten vaten.Een geraffineerde Chardonnay met complexiteit
Het resultaat is een witgouden wijn die bijzonder helder is en prachtig schittert in het glas. Hierbij komt ook direct de complexe geur vrij, met aroma’s van geroosterde amandelen, meidoorn, acacia, abrikoos en ook iets hooi. Een geraffineerde wijn met complexiteit én verfijning. At this rate, I'm leaving this to my kids in my will

Ten months in and I have barely made a dent in this tub. I am genuinely starting to consider my options — mixing it into smoothies, using it as a cooking fat, applying it to every surface in the house. Something has to be done because at the current rate of consumption this container will outlive me.
In all seriousness, the value proposition here is almost absurd. CeraVe Moisturizing Cream is a legitimately great product — dermatologist recommended, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, fragrance free, non-comedogenic, works on face and body, gentle enough for sensitive skin. It does everything a moisturizer should do without irritating your skin or smelling like you bathed in a candle.
The 19oz tub is the right call if you actually plan to use moisturizer regularly. A little goes a long way, which is both the best and most frustrating thing about it. Best because you're getting incredible value per ounce. Frustrating because you will be looking at this same tub for the foreseeable future with no end in sight.
Great product, generational quantity. Buy it once, pass it down.
One star deducted because I now have to figure out what to do with the remaining 18.5 ounces.

It's not glamorous but it works wonders - even while I am on Accutane!

This is the best, most luxurious lotion I have ever used. And the only lotion that I can even stand to be on my skin.
I started Accutane (for acne) last year and was told that my skin would dry out horribly and that I needed to find a good moisturizer to limit the peeling and cracking that I would inevitably experience. Prior to the medicine my skin was oily and very acne prone and every lotion that I had tried either made me feel like I was wearing a latex suit or broke me out horribly. After doing some research I read that this was a great solution and figured I would give it a try. I started it out right away to try to avoid getting dry and was shocked at how well it worked. Even at the beginning when I was still oily this lotion never felt too heavy. Now don't get me wrong-it goes on like frosting and initially feels like a lot-but within minutes it soaks in and leaves your skin feeling like a little kids (not the sticky kind of little kid though-the good clean little kids with undamaged skin). It will last for days too. No need to reapply because it has soaked in to your skin and doesn't just sit on the surface. My skin has never been this soft. And here I am, nearly 9 months in to my Accutane medication regimen and I am not flaking or peeling. In fact, my skin has never looked better or more healthy. My doctors are shocked at how my skin has stayed moisturized because nearly everyone peels. And it doesn't break you out which is obviously something super important. Now, could I be an anomoly? Maybe, but I don't think so. I honestly think this lotion is Just. That. Good! The price isn't bad either!

Great for dry skin and the whole family

We use this at home for everyone, including the kids, and it works really well. We all have pretty dry skin, and this cream keeps it hydrated for hours. I apply it after showering and it leaves the skin soft without feeling greasy. It has no strong scent, doesn’t irritate, and hasn’t caused any breakouts. I also feel comfortable using it on my kids because it’s gentle and effective. The jar lasts a long time since a little goes a long way. I would definitely buy it again.

Dry Skin Miracle!

I have very dry skin, and around my chin and nose, it flakes and turns red, exposing my inner layer of skin due to severe dryness. I could never seem to hydrate it or get rid of the flakiness. I thought it was just my skin at this point, and I could do nothing to solve it. Now, I've never considered using Cerave; I've always heard negative things about it. However, I've never been a makeup person until now, when I want to try to elevate my look (not to mention I'm always in pain from a lack of hydration). The problem is, my skin is so dry that it cracks the makeup, preventing it from setting well on my face.
Another problem is that around my nostrils, the flakiness looks like boogers, nasty. It's incredibly annoying. So I did a little research, and now I'm here. LET ME TELL YOU! This cream is amazing! I love how thick it is, and how a little goes a long way! My face, for the first time in my short life, is not dry! It's not buttery smooth, as in your hand won't glide against my face, but it won't feel the flakiness and roughness of my skin—and that's a game changer! I'm genuinely obsessed with randomly rubbing my face to feel the almost barrier of hydration, especially around my nostrils! I cannot explain the level of amazement I felt when I touched my nostril area to feel practically smooth skin. I felt as if it were a miracle. I've only used it for a week now, keep in mind, and this is how I feel. PLEASE BUY THIS IF YOU'RE LIKE ME! I'M SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE, AND IT'S WORTH ALL MY MONEY 🙏

From dry to soft in days.
Style: 3.38 Fl Oz (Non SPF)
I bought this moisturizer at a time when my skin truly needed help, with mature and sensitive skin, and I was dealing with intense dryness. My skin felt tight, dull, and uncomfortable, even after trying several products that didn’t provide lasting hydration.
I decided to try this cream and within the first few days, I noticed a real difference. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and most importantly, it doesn’t irritate my skin—instead, it soothes it. With continued use, my skin became softer, more supple, and visibly healthier, without that constant tight feeling.
I love that it’s fragrance-free, oil-free, and non-comedogenic, as it hasn’t caused any breakouts. It also contains ceramides and niacinamide, and the added SPF makes my routine much easier. After trying many products, I can honestly say this is the only one that truly worked for me. It’s now a daily essential.
