Dusdanig goed, dat de vele wijnen niet zijn weg te denken van menig wijnkaart. In de begin jaren richtte het wijnhuis zich op wijnen die langdurig bewaard moesten blijven om eleganter te worden. In die tijd was dat een groot risico vanwege de economische crisis. Maar moed en passie bracht dit wilde idee tot een groot succes. Ze zijn inmiddels gespecialiseerd in de druifsoort Pedro Ximenez. Van oorsprong is het een druif die een dusdanig suikergehalte kan bereiken, waarmee het voornamelijk voor Sherry en zoete wijnen werd gebruikt. Maar inmiddels worden er ook mooie droge wijnen van gemaakt zoals deze.Unieke wijnbereiding voor Poley Oloroso en Rama
De druiven krijgen de tijd om hun unieke eigenschappen te ontwikkelen op de glooiende wijngaarden. Bij optimale rijpheid worden ze zorgvuldig geoogst en ondergaan ze een nauwkeurig vinificatieproces. Zo volgt er een 15 jaar durende veroudering volgens het systeem van criaderas en solera. Deze methode is eeuwenoud en wil zeggen dat verschillende vaten in een liggende positie worden gestapeld. In de bovenste rij zit het jongste en in de onderste vaten de oudste wijn. Gedurende het jaar wordt er vanuit de onderste vaten wijn getapt en gebotteld. Het afgetapte deel wordt weer aangevuld met de wijn die daarbovenop ligt. Het is een langdurig proces, maar daardoor verkrijgt de wijnmaker bijzondere wijn.Geniet van de intense aroma’s van Poley Oloroso
Met een prachtige lichte kleur verschijnt de Oloroso in het glas. De aroma’s zijn intens dankzij de houtlagering in Amerikaans eikenhout. Aroma’s van toffee, vanille en gedroogd fruit vallen op. Deze gaan samen met de geur van rijp fruit die later wordt aangevuld. De smaak is droog, zacht en dankzij de houtlagering ontstaat er een elegante bitterheid in de afdronk.Shipping Notes

Knot their Omega

It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Wow.

Okay I’m usually not one for stand-alone’s I’m an avid series reader but my goodness am I so happy I read this! This story was brilliant & so absolutely mesmerizing. I loved reading about each character and their struggles as well as what helped them to move forward. The ending definitely brought tears to my eyes so hard. I truly wasn’t expecting some of what happened in this story. There is about to be a spoiler I am going to reveal so please stop reading if you don’t want the spoiler !!!! ⚠️ ⛔️ ‼️
I loved that the author didn’t do what most authors do with irredeemable male characters. I truly was hoping that Nate Jr. would be apart of the pack after the way he treated Astrea bc he truly didn’t deserve it. Though I must say you did a wonderful job or redeeming him as a person. I cried my eyes out when he walked into the story. I was truly terrified he was going to be a bad guy to the end. However you truly did him such a justice by having him realize his faults & having him redeem himself in the most wonderful way. I’m so sad that he didn’t get to hear how much his brother loved him & forgave him before dying. But again you wrote that ending so beautifully & I just can’t express how much I loved this story & how you took a different route than most authors I have read have. You are a remarkable author Cinder Blaze & I thank you generously for creating such a masterpiece.

Omegaverse

I was pleasantly surprised by this omega verse book. This 1 definitely had a few new twists And I really enjoyed reading it. The main female character was a badass and awesome. She had 1 best friend I wish we could have seen a little bit more of their friendship in this book. Her relationship with the male characters was good not to contrived or super instantaneous. And we had some fun plot twists that I didn't expect. I wish we had more of a follow up on the situation with her family her background and her mother who was a wench. I would definitely recommend this book.
