Misty Cove is een boetiekwijnmakerij en ligt in de bekende wijnstreek Marlborough, in het noorden van het Zuidereiland van Nieuw-Zeeland. Het werd in 2008 opgericht door de Nieuw-Zeelander Andrew Bailey. Hij leerde zijn vak bij lokale wijnmakers voordat hij naar Nederland vertrok, waar hij met succes zijn wijnimport- en verkoopbedrijf opbouwde. Zijn droom van de Misty Cove-wijnmakerij werd geboren in Europa en kwam uit na zijn terugkeer in Nieuw-Zeeland. De Misty Cove-wijngaarden bevinden zich op de beste locaties van Marlborough en Central Otago, het meest zuidelijke wijnbouwgebied ter wereld. De wijnen van de Single Vineyard "Signature" -lijn worden in kleine hoeveelheden met de hand gemaakt en weerspiegelen de kenmerken van de respectieve wijngaard. De productie vindt plaats volgens de waarden en processen van de oude wereld gecombineerd met moderne technologie.Handmatige oogst voor Landmark Pinot Noir
Deze werden met de hand geoogst en vervolgens voorzichtig verwerkt. De individuele batches waaruit deze wijn bestaat, werden traditioneel behandeld, waardoor de natuurlijke fruitconcentratie en rijpe tanninestructuur tot hun recht komt. Na 10 maanden rijping in barriques van 100 procent Frans eiken: 35 procent nieuw, 30 procent 1 jaar oud en de rest 2 jaar oud. Alleen geselecteerde vaten werden gekozen voor deze prachtig goddelijke en complexe blend. Het resultaat is een heerlijke Pinot Noir met een lekker zoete en uitnodigende geur. Kersen, pruimen, frambozen en bosvruchten. Het fruit knalt echt uit het glas. Daarnaast in de geur ook wat zwoels van zoethout. Een verleidelijk mondgevoel met zijdezachte tannines en goede zuren. YEOSEN 3 Temperature Mug Warmer

Wow! There really are warmer mug warmers than lukewarm! This is one of them. Who wants lukewarm coffee? The YEOSEN 3 Temperature Mug Warmer on the MEDIUM temperature setting keeps my coffee HOT enough. Not lukewarm, or barely warm (even at the bottom of the cup). In fact, I use the lower temp. settings, while the level of liquid goes down. The lowest temperature is HOT enough ...not lukewarm. It's not burning, but HOT.
I bought it because the reviews said it kept the coffee much warmer than lukewarm. And it does.
The point is, when I walk away from my desk for 15 minutes, the temperature of my coffee is still satisfyingly hot. After all, what is lukewarm? It's a few degrees above normal body temperature! 137 is hotter than that!
The unit automatically shuts off (the Off-On button is on the bottom of the unit positioned under the hot plate and the weight of the cup pushes the button to turn it on), when you pick up the cup it shuts off.
I don't like the auto shut off button on the bottom of the unit. It shuts off and on every time you take a drink. Lift the cup up and it shuts off, set it back down and it turns back on. Wish you could shut that feature off. A piece of tape? but unplugging it from the wall is inconvenient. Maybe, because it's so much warmer than lukewarm, it needs some kind of safety feature.
But, all in all, I would definitely buy another one.

BEST mug warmer
Color: Black
This is the best of the many mug warmers available online. It has 3 temperatures. I use the highest - 167 degrees. I like my coffee HOT. With this warmer I don’t have to return to the microwave as often to reheat my coffee. It is very easy to use- takes large mugs as well as regular sized cups. I have looked everywhere for a “flat bottomed” mug . All the mugs I have found have a rim on the bottom which prevents complete contact with the warmer. However the warmer works with the “bottom rimed “ mugs. I use my warmer for the end table by my recliner. I am considering purchasing a second warmer for my desktop. I definitely recommend this as the BEST mug warmer. I have been using it many hours daily for over a month as I am retired. It works fine. I did just purchase a second one. It came the day after I ordered it. Now I can enjoy a hot beverage by my recliner or on my desktop. I purchased a silicone cover/lid for my mug. This really keeps my beverage hot. However when you remove the lid the condensation on the underside of the lid drips. I keep a paper towel/napkin close by to catch the condensation.

Warming Up to My New Mug Warmer

I keep mine next to my computer monitor so I always have that quick caffeine jolt nearby. The three temperature settings are convenient and the LED readouts ensure your brew is as hot as you want it to be. Not sure about reviews saying this warmer makes drinks lukewarm because it doesn't. In fact, it can be used to reheat drinks in just a few minutes. I also like that it's a 120v plug-in and it's not the weak, slow, and temperamental USB powered one. One tip: The on-off switch is on the underside of the warmer. It must be depressed for it to power on. If the red LED doesn't indicate the temperature, then the warmer is not on (or the button is broken). You don't have to turn the unit over either to press the power button, just press down on your mug until the temperature LED turns on. The other hint is that this warmer can get very hot very quickly. While the edges stay cool to the touch, never touch the outlined hotplate area or you might get burned. Wait for it too cool down or use a pair of oven mitts---it's that hot.

Almost started a fire

This item malfunctioned, a stack of papers about five pages was accidentally placed on top of it, and nearly started a fire. there should not be any heat from this unless there’s something having enough weight engage the heat plate.
The paperwork was accidentally set on top of the hot plate, but definitely not heavy enough to engage, and the heat plate is no longer working unless I push down with my hand, a coffee cup is not heavy enough to engage it now so something has malfunctioned .
I purchased this last spring and I am no longer eligible for a replacement or refund and just about burned down my office
