Een hele wilde gans is groot genoeg voor 4-6 personen - ideaal voor een uitgebreid wildseizoensdiner. Intensief van smaak, met voldoende vetmarblering om het vlees sappig te houden. Ca. 1500 gram per stuk.

In sommige Europese landen wordt gans gegeten met Kerst in plaats van kalkoen - en dat is geen toeval. De rijke ganzenvet en uitgesproken wildsmaak maken het een feestelijk hoofdgerecht. Onze wilde gansen zijn van gecertificeerde jacht en seizoensgebonden leverbaar.

Hele wilde gans bereiden

Verwarm de oven op 160 graden (lage temperatuur voor een grote vogel). Prik de huid op meerdere plaatsen in zodat het vet kan uitlopen. Bestrooi rijkelijk met zout, peper en tijm. Rooster 2,5-3 uur, regelmatig bedruipen. De laatste 30 minuten op 200 graden voor een krokante huid. Kerntemperatuur 80 graden in de bout.

Bewaren

Vers maximaal 2 dagen in de koelkast. Invriezen kan tot 6 maanden bij -18 graden.

I just opened these balls up and what a waste of money. They don't bounce at all. They are made not like how normal tennis balls are. They are filled with so much air on the inside to where they bust really easy. They also have so much glue on them and that even comes off really easy. I paid $ 25 and some change and what a waste. The first ball only lasted a few seconds it's already shredded and busted. I do have a dog with a strong mouth and that is why I picked these balls they seemed they were made to last.
