Markus Molitor, de huidige eigenaar van het wijnhuis dat zijn naam draagt, besloot in 1984, toen hij 20 jaar oud was, de leiding over het familiebedrijf te nemen. Het wijnhuis wordt al 8 generaties gerund door de familie Molitor. Het heeft maar liefst 15 verschillende wijngaarden, gelegen aan de oevers van de Moezel. Dit betekent dat sommige wijngaarden enorm steil zijn (soms wel tot 80 procent). Het leeuwendeel van de aanplant is de riesling en hiermee heeft Markus Molitor al vele harten weten te veroveren. De druiven van Markus Molitor Alte Reben Riesling Trocken staan aangeplant op misschien wel de mooiste wijngaarden in het gamma van het wijnhuis. Op deze steile hellingen staan stokken tot soms wel 100 jaar oud! Vandaar dat de wijnmaker de benaming Alte Reben kreeg. Uniek is dat de druiven allemaal handmatig oogst worden omdat machinaal simpelweg niet mogelijk is door de steilheid. De druiven worden na de oogst direct naar de kelder gebracht om ze meten te persen. Doordat een deel fermenteert op houten vaten krijg je met Markus Molitor Alte Reben Riesling Trocken de typische, complexe geur en smaak van de riesling.De vinficatie van Alte Reben Riesling Trocken
Markus Molitor Alte Reben Mosel Trocken is een droge, frisse en aromatische Moezel Riesling, in evenwicht gehouden door een grote mineraliteit, een complexe smaak en een aanhoudende afdronk. Fruitige aroma's met tonen van mineralen en florale kruiden. Zeer sappig, vol en complex met een lang aanhoudende afdronk. De wijn kan nog worden opgelegd voor vele jaren.Shipping Notes

A book covering most of the aspects of digital forensics
Format: Paperback
In my opinion, this book is really well written with a flowing and progressing layout. The chapters build up from the basics of digital forensics walking through all the core concepts up until specialized areas of digital forensics such as dead box forensics , network investigations, and online and #OSINT investigations.
Not only does the book give comprehensive information on all the key aspects of digital forensics such as searching, analyzing, acquiring, and securing digital evidence but it also provides its readers a taste of how it is like conducting digital forensics examinations in a professional setting such as law enforcement.
Piecing together theoretical knowledge with the professional settings the knowledge will be utilized in, the author made sure to include key details such as the different types of graphical evidence examiners may encounter such as child sexual assault, the importance of chain of custody if the case were to go to trial, forensically sound examination environments and how you must maintain control of the environment and much more.
Not only does the book cover in detail the foundations of digital forensics but it also covers some of the advanced topics such as RAM forensics, internet evidence, cloud computing, and OSINT investigations. These topics build on the foundations discussed earlier in the book and are very critical as real-life cases usually encompass most of these intricacies. Understanding what evidence may be discovered in each of these locations and how to use the tools are very critical for a successful career as a digital forensic analyst.
Report writing is often overlooked but actually is the most important aspect in digital forensics. The last two chapters are a must-read for everyone in this field. The author discusses writing credible reports and ensuring they are peer-reviewed along with ethics.
This was a welcome read, being so many want to get into this space and are unaware of the atrocities they may find. Whether you're just starting out in computer forensics or want to expand your knowledge of digital forensics. This is an excellent addition to your reading list.

Essential Forensics Book
Format: Paperback
I am impressed with the broad range of topics that this book covers. I came out of a Cybersecurity program with a Digital Forensics specialization, so I did have networking knowledge. I looked for resources after graduation to help fill the gaps (courses, books, and tool manuals) in my understanding of the space where networking and forensics meet and found the coverage to be lacking. This book would have helped to tie the two together for me in an easy to read presentation. I am glad that I have read it now though and will keep it as a resource. I bought two more copies to give to current Digital Forensics students that I am mentoring:) Well done on this one!
