Vitamine K2, in de natuurlijke vorm van menaquinone-7 (MK-7), komt oorspronkelijk uit gefermenteerde voedingsstoffen. Deze natuurlijke vorm van vitamine K2 is goed opneembaar, blijft langer in het lichaam en heeft een sterkere werking dan andere vitamine K2 vormen.
- Vitamine D en K2 zijn van belang voor een goede botopbouw en zijn belangrijk voor het behoud van sterke botten.
- Vitamine D draagt ertoe bij dat calcium goed uit de voeding wordt opgenomen en verhoogt de opname van calcium in de botten.
- Vitamine K is belangrijk voor de bloedstolling, maar uit recente inzichten blijkt dat vitamine K net zo belangrijk is als vitamine D voor het behoud van sterke botten. Dit geldt voor jong en oud.

Ingrediënten
Vulstof (microkristallijne cellulose), Stabilisator (capsule: HPMC), Antiklontermiddel (siliciumdioxide), vitamine K2 (menaquinone-7), cholecalciferol.
Gebruik
1 x per dag 1 tot 2 capsules, bij voorkeur bij een warme maaltijd.
Niet gebruiken in combinatie met antistollingsmiddelen van het coumarine-type.

More substantial than some cheaper brands

Small disposable bowls like these are good for microwaving water and oatmeal from the boxed packets. These Dixie bowls seem stiffer, more well-made, higher quality, and better at holding up with use than the Great Value ones I've usually used. The fact that they're thicker causes them to hold their round shape better and be less susceptible to collapsing, all of which contributes to their being easy to use with fewer spills. Color is as acceptable as any disposable paper bowls - are any of them truly attractive?
