De kniepatches worden in een zak geplaatst met toegang van buitenaf, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om broek in gewone jeans te veranderen - bijvoorbeeld tijdens het werk. De broek heeft reflecterende elementen om de zichtbaarheid in het donker en een D-klemhouder boven de zak te vergroten voor eenvoudige bevestiging van de sleutels. Er is een speciale lus aan de achterkant van de broek voor een snelle verbinding van de broek met Shima damesjassen.
