Domaine Fredavelle is een biologisch gecertificeerd wijnbedrijf ten westen van Aix-en-Provence. Ze maken verschillende cuvées in kleine oplagen, die altijd de geest van het land moeten vertegenwoordigen. Zo ook deze rosé, in 2022 beperkt tot 1100 flessen en gedurende 6 maanden gerijpt op hout en de eigen gist. 

Felroze kleur, neigt al wat meer naar gerookte zalm. Neus waarin het hout duidelijk naar voren komt, aangevuld door toetsen van rood fruit - aardbei, framboos en kers. In de mond krijg je een wijn met een medium body, vers, sappig fruit en een rokerigheid, afkomstig van de houtrijping. Licht merkbare tannines en een middellange afdronk. Deze wijn drinkt heel makkelijk weg en is een partner voor veel gerechten. Niet te missen bij kipsatés en aanverwanten op de barbecue!

Finally found a quality toy that our 75lb Black Mouth Cur hasn't destroyed in 5 minutes! In fact it's been a few months now.
