Tale altitudine, insieme alla composizione specifica del suolo, un mix equilibrato di argilla, limo e sabbia, contribuisce all'intensità e alla complessità sensoriale di questo vino. Il profilo decisamente minerale lo rende bevibile e appagante, oltre che rappresentazione eccellente delle potenzialità del vitigno e del territorio.
