klimaat

Het klimaat in Bad Dürkheim is warm gematigd met regelmatige neerslag. Zelfs in de droogste maanden valt er regelmatig neerslag. Toch is dit een klimaat dat bij het mediterrane aansluit en over relatief veel zonne-uren beschikt.

ondergrond

Verzameling van zandbodems met afwisselende lagen van kalk, leem, klei en andere minerale gesteenten.

vinificatie

Oogst gebeurt met de hand. Een koude maceratie van 8 tot 12 uur alvorens de persing van start gaat. Fermentatie bij 18°C gedurende 4 weken in roestvrij staal en gebruikte eiken vaten. Rijping op fijne gist tot maart. De alcoholische gisting wordt net iets vroeger afgebroken, zodat er meer restsuikers in de wijn blijven en het alcoholgehalte wat lager is.

I love Cyndi Dale's work and have a number of her books. As a Healing Touch practitioner and Reiki Master I know tons about energy work, chakras, auras, empaths, etc., but again the author took me where I hadn't been before!
