Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, si esprime su toni delicatamente fruttati di pesca e albicocca con sentori agrumati di limone e pompelmo su uno sfondo di pietra bagnata e grafite. In bocca è fresco e vivace, di corpo medio con una bella nota piccante nel finale.

Il Mosel Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett della cantina Joh. Jos. Prüm è caratterizzato da un frutto aromatico e succoso tracciato da una interessante mineralità. Un vino particolarmente interessante e versatile da abbinare ad un pasto ricco di preparazioni speziate e della cucina orientale. Ottenuto da una vinificazione in acciaio ed una fermentazione a bassissima temperatura con lieviti naturali.

Ottimo con piatti della cucina vegetariana come ricche insalate e risotti alle verdure. Si abbina molto bene con piatti speziati e carni bianche in salsa.
